As of January 2024, CodeB’s Mobile Identities, including support for eIDAS Token, German Heilberufsausweis (HBA), and German Gesundheitskarte (eGK), can now be seamlessly integrated into the widely-utilized Aloaha eForms Server. This integration not only enhances the robustness of eForm authentication but also extends its capabilities. Forms submitted through this platform can be electronically signed up to the ‘Qualified’ level (QES), contingent on the specific hardware token employed.
The Aloaha eForms Server is equipped with an innovative, user-friendly WYSIWYG Form Designer. Its intuitive drag-and-drop interface enables users to effortlessly create customized hybrid (PDF/HTML) forms within minutes. This platform is especially beneficial for crafting academic, legal, real estate, insurance, and corporate online forms, meeting stringent requirements with no need for programming expertise.
To demonstrate the integration of CodeB Mobile Identity, we have prepared three demo forms
- Electronic Form requiring Signature only – This requests after submission an Electronic Signature.
- Authentication Form with CodeB Mobile Identities – This allows users to log in using CodeB’s Mobile Identities.
- Enhanced Security Form with NFC Smartcard Option – For heightened security needs, NFC Smartcard usage can be mandated. This can be configured at the server level, form group level, or directly via the URL with the NFC parameter. If you possess a Maltese Identity Card, German Heilberufsausweis (HBA), or German Gesundheitskarte (eGK) (after changing the transport PIN), you are invited to test this enhanced security feature.
For holder of the Maltese Identity Card we prepared a Medical Consent Form
- Consentform MyHealth – no authentication needed but form can be electronically singed after submission.
- Consentform MyHealth ID Card – ID Card authentication needed. Fields will be pre-populated from ID Card data.
Please note that the German “Gesundheitskarte” (eGK) will also work for the above forms!
We also prepared two demo forms specifically for the German “Gesundheitskarte” eGK
- Aufnahmeantrag Neupatient/in – does not require authentication but a signature carried out with the German eGK
- Aufnahmeantrag Neupatient/in with authentication – requires authentication and a signature carried out with the German eGK
These innovations underscore our commitment to providing secure, efficient, and user-friendly solutions for digital form management and authentication.
