How the Aloaha Multisignator works

The invoices which need to be signed are simply copied into a folder on the hard disk. This can be done automatically by your accounting software. This folder will be monitored by the Aloaha Multisignator and all files in this folder will be signed and e-mailed automatically. The recipient addresses can be read out of the PDF file itself or can be given by a command file from your accounting software. If required the e-mail itself can be signed, too. For huge amounts of outgoing invoices up to 10 cardreaders can be used at the same time.
