I downloaded Aloaha last night as discovered it did exactly what I needed.

I spent hours yesterday trying to accomplish the same thing with Adobe Acrobat Pro - including a 25 min call - only to be told it didn't do that!!!

Will be purchasing a copy of your software later today - a great tool!!

Aloaha - The Swiss Army knife for PDF!

My Acrobat was useful, but too expensive to upgrade, and for months I've been seeking a good alternative for working with PDF. Here it is. If I were to just list the functions and facilities that this software has I would have to ask the editor for much more space, so I’ll just limit my description and comments to what in my opinion are the most important, and different from other similar programs.

Great tool to document systems!
I have been for the past 12 months restructuring an already established Web Hosting Company and at the some time moving it a step forward and making it a major ADSL service provider on the local market. 

1. I can sign the documents so they are authentic.
2. Automatic Book Marking, which makes the document creation even faster.
3. Readers of the Documents will have the possibility to add notes to the document.
4. I will get rid of Paper/Printed Documentations which do not really make life simple.
5. Applications Source Code can be attached to the Documentations.
6. It is possible to see the History of how the document was updated, hence making updates to the source code even more traceable.

Aloaha PDF Suite is a great tool to convert my CAD drawings into vector based PDF. These PDF Documents I send to my customers so they can have a look at my design, zoom into it without having to install my CAD Software.

Handy for professionals!

I have been working as a professional software developer and freelance consultant for over 10 years. Keeping documents in a platform independent and secure format is critical to me and to my consultancy clients. Aloaha PDF Suite, through its password protection, allows me to keep my documents secure. The ability to embed source code into password protected PDF documents is quite handy. Once finished from a project, I simply embed the files into the Project Manual, password protect it, and send them to my client.

Fantasic alternative to pricey software with many more features
This is a great alternative to the costly Ad*be solution that we were trialing as it works with applications that really dont like postscript distillers. It has digital signing, strong encryption and can monitor any installed printer. You dont just save a PDF file to your system with this as it can email you (I love the MAPI support) so that it can be forwarded with ease. Its saved us money as a multi user license is cheaper than a single copy of Ad*be writer. 



Replaced my FAX server with excellent results
I am using aloaha to automatically publish my faxes as pdf and route them to MS Exchange. This really works great. Firstly I get everything in a TRUE standard format and secondly it acts as a fax server!  - vkui2000

This PDF Suite really makes the Impossible possible

Well, when I started evaluating this product I did not expect it being so different from other solutions but the longer the evaluation period took the more usefull features I found.

Not only that Aloaha creates excellent PDF Documents it is also able to sign them with my digital certificate and email or fax them back to my customers based on the address information of the original document.

I connected Aloaha to my accounting software. So whenever I print an invoice Aloaha emails and/or faxes and/or makes an hardcopy of the invoice. Like that my customer get a digital signed invoice in just a matter of minutes in their inbox.
