Print to PDF from any application

The Aloaha PDF Suite enables users to easily create PDF from any application that can be printed from.

 

Start your application as normal. Open the file you want to convert.

Go to File > Print and from the list of available printers, select the PDF Printer.

Depending on your settings (interactive/non interactive) the created PDF File will be automatically saved or you will see the dialog below.

 

If you use Aloaha in interactive mode you can choose to preview, print, save or email your PDF Documents. PDF Files can be automatically digitally signed with your personal digital certificate. MAPI, SMTP and WebDAV are supported by the inbuilt PDF Mailer.

 

Please note that Aloaha includes also an autoprint folder. This hotfolder can be used to batch print PDF Documents or to batch convert any other documents to PDF.
