PDF Autoprint

The Aloaha PDF Suite supports autoprinting of generated PDF Files. Some examples when this feature is useful we will list below:

• You want to retire a printer but still want to get hardcopies of your printouts.
• You want to archive all print outs of your office as PDF but at the same time need the hardcopies.

The following steps have to be done to get a hardcopy of every PDF file generated.

• right click on the Aloaha system tray icon and disable the interactive ooption.
• call PMonConfig.exe from the Aloaha PDF Installation directory and configure your PDF Options such as encryption, PDF rights and hardcopy.

Aloaha includes also an autoprint folder. Every PDF Filed dropped into that folder will be printed to the default printer and deleted from the drop folder. Every non PDF File can be printed to the Wrocklage PDF Printer to be converted to PDF, printed, digitally signed and/or emailed/FAXED. Its an ideal solution to batch convert Files to PDF or batch print existing PDF Documents. Please refer to the manual for more details.
