Use Aloaha PKCS11 Module in Lotus Notes
Aloaha supports not only email applications such as Outlook, Outlook Express and Eudora via CSP but also applications such as Netscape, Thunderbird and Lotus Notes via PKCS11 Module. Please see

Use Aloaha PDF Signator to sign and timestamp (RFC 3161) a PDF
The Aloaha PDF tools such as the
Aloaha PDF Suite,
Aloaha PDF Saver,
Aloaha PDF Signator and
Aloaha sign! include the Aloaha CSP. With those tools the cards can be accessed directly (native) or via the Aloaha CSP.
