Aloaha Batch-/Mass Signatures
If Aloaha is operating in non-interactive or server mode any PDF document can be dropped into the
"tosign" directory. The
"tosign" directory is a hotfolder witch is watched by Aloaha. Once it detects PDF documents in that folder it will digitally sign them and move the signed document to the "done" directory.
The
"tosign" directory is being configured in HKCU\Software\Aloaha\pdf\signfolder and defaults to <Program Files>\Wrocklage\tosign
Please note that signature features require a professional license!
Aloaha Batch Signatures with multiple digital certificates
Files dropped into the
"tosign" watched folder will be signed by default with the certificate configured in the Aloaha PDF Suite settings. In some cases it might be very important to be be able to choose the certificate to be used fully automatic. That can be done very easily with just creating a subfolder in "tosign" which you name like the serial number or unique container name of the certificate to be used.
For example if you create a folder <Program Files>\Wrocklage\tosign\1ec7bda200000000001e every document dropped into that folder will be signed with the certificate with the serialnumber 1e c7 bd a2 00 00 00 00 00 1e. The certificate with the serialnumber 1e c7 bd a2 00 00 00 00 00 1e is included as a test certificate in the Aloaha PDF Suite installation. The Subject Name of that certificate is "Aloaha Public".

Batch Signatures via Shell Extension
Some cards (For example D-Trust multicard) are able to "keep the card open" between the signature transactions. With such cards it is possible just to select some PDF documents in the windows explorer, right click and sign them in one Batch.
