Can I use the POP3 SDK to dump the contents of a POP3 Mailbox to disk?

Do I have to install Aloaha SPAM Rejector to use the SDK?

No, the dll is enough. All you need to do to install the dll is to register it with regsvr32. You can ask for the stand alone dll if you send an email to aloaha@wrocklage.de

In which formats the SDK is able to convert downloaded emails?

You can download the emails as CDO object or plain text. Have a look at out "POP 2 Disk" and "Download and submit to pickup" examples.
