Can I use my mobile to encrypt my harddrive?Yes, the Mobile Cardconnector shows your mobile to the Aloaha Cardconnector as a normal card reader/certificate. With the freeware add-on Aloaha Crypt you can then encrypt your harddrive.Answered 18.05.2010

How do I make my Mobile visible as Cardreader to Aloaha?
You need to edit your ReaderINI.ini in your installation folder. Please add the following section:[VMS]
UseMobile=1
In case your mobile has a fixed IP please add the line:
ForceMobile=IP
For example:
ForceMobile=169.254.2.1
Please note that you need to run the Aloaha Mobile Cardconnector on your Mobile/embedded device.

It is possible to license the Aloaha embedded Crypto API which supports modern algorythm.Can I use the Mobile Cardconnector to encrypt my SMS?
If you have an SMS Tool which supports asymmetric SMS encryption you can use that together with the Aloaha Cardconnector to encrypt your SMS. But much better than that is our Secure AloahaSMS Application. It supports encrypted SMS out of the box.
